We are specialized in pain relief and body corrections through osteopathy and relatedtherapies. All our treatments are intiated and supervised by Dr. Josef Otte, Specialist in Orthopedics with 35 years of professional experience in Germany. Dr. Otte has focused increasingly on osteopathy during his career.
Our approach
Osteopathy is a holistic approach that focuses on the body’s structure and movement. It aims to restore balance by addressing restrictions in muscles, joints, and connective tissue. Osteopaths use techniques like stretching, massaging, and manipulating muscles and joints to relieve pain and improve mobility. Unlike orthopedics, osteopathy doesn’t rely on surgery or medication but works to help the body heal itself naturally.
We come to your home
We are called Home Clinic, because we provide our services in the privacy of your own residence. We work in the Malindi area. In case you are interested in a treatment but you don’t live in Malindi, we can organize a treatment room in Malindi. Besides Osteopathic specialists, we also have physiotherapy and medical massage specialists in our team.
Our treatment is straightforward and personal:
1. You can send us an email, or give us a call. We do a short intake by phone and plan the first appointment. You are also informed about the cost of the treatment and the payment options.
2. During the first appointment, Dr. Otte will do a medical intake and will decide on the most effective therapy. After a short medical massage, you will receive your first treatment. After the first treatment, Dr. Otte will discuss the follow up steps with you: additional osteopathic treatment, physiotherapy, medical massage or a combination.
3. The follow up treatment will be planned by our secretariat. In case of physiotherapy and medical massage, these therapies will also be provided by us. So you have one contact point for all different therapies under strict medical supervision.
